This is a 3D model of a magical book, which I modelled and rigged in Maya and textured in three different styles using Substance Painter. The project was a personal technical study to experiment with different texturing techniques and rigging workflows for potential future projects.
Although a short-form project, it helped me streamline my workflow in both texturing and rigging, and gave me a better understanding of how to efficiently combine modelling, rigging, and texturing in Maya and Substance Painter.
