This project is titled 'Dreamscaper' and was created for the VFX and game production Studio unit.
This was a group project where I collaborated with students from the games unit to develop a game from concept to playable demo.
My role in the team was to lead in creating the visuals and FX for this project.
This covered things such as;
Character modelling and animation
Environment design and assets creation
Developing processes/pipelines to get assets into Unreal for other members of team to use
FX within Unreal engine (Niagara)
Overall I really enjoyed working on this project with the team and learned a lot thanks to them. I feel I gained a much better understanding in collaborating with people from different disciplines and how to quickly iterate and develop on larger scale projects.
